About Me:

My name is Hope Francis Bradner I am an Associate Broker with Dawson Ford Garbee & Co., Realtors in Altavista, Virginia.  I am a lifelong resident of Altavista, Virginia www.ci.altavista.va.us .  I am married and have two children. I attended school in Altavista and graduated from Altavista High School in 1988 now called Altavista Combined School. www.campbell.k12.va.us/AHS. I received a diploma in Medical Office Assisting in 1991 from Phillips Business College now called Miller Motte Technical College. www.miller-motte.com/ Coinciding with my education at Phillips Business College I developed a strong desire to volunteer in my community so I joined my local rescue squad and began taking the course to become an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician).  I received my EMT Certification in 1990.  After working with patients I wanted to advance my skills in order to better assist people in medical emergency situations and subsequently became an EMT-Shock Trauma Technician in 1992 and EMT-Cardiac Technician (now referred to as EMT-Intermediate) in 1993. www.altavistaems.comIn 1991 after completing my diploma program at Phillips Business College I began my career working for Dr. Ralph C. Slusher in Altavista, Virginia.  In 1995 after my husband had received his real estate license and watching him work the business I decided to make the leap from the medical field over to real estate sales.  I took the Principals of Real Estate Course through Central Virginia Community College.  I was licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1997.www.cv.cc.va.us This was the best decision I ever made I enjoy my work and love assisting my clients make their dreams come true.

Community:I am a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician Intermediate for Altavista EMS and served on the 2007 VAVRS (Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads) www.vavrs.com Advance Life Support 5th place State Championship Team.  I have served in the capacity as membership committee chairperson, Vice President, Sergeant, dive team captain, CPR instructor, and numerous other committees to assist in the progression of emergency medical services in the Altavista EMS Service area.

 I use my experience, attention to details, technology, and continuous training as a foundation for my business in addition to living and working by the Code of Ethics to give clients the service they deserve.

I specialize in residential, farms, land, and lake property sales in the Pittsylvania, Campbell, and Bedford Counties, Towns of Altavista, Chatham, Hurt, and Gretna, and the Cities of Danville and Lynchburg. My name is Tammy J. Wilson and I am a Sales Associate for Dawson Ford Garbee & Co. Realtors Altavista, Virginia.  I was raised in Amherst County, Virginia and attended Amherst County High School and Miller Motte Technical College.  I have been married to a wonderful husband for 3 years and have a beautiful daughter age 12.  Coinciding with my education at Miller Motte Technical College I became interested in the Real Estate Industry and decided to be licensed as a Sales Associate.  I enjoy helping my clients reach their goals whether purchasing or selling property.
